The Comptroller and Finance Division are responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of mission funded fiscal resources supporting the COMOPTEVFOR Headquarters and staff. Additionally the finance division accounts for and monitors the execution of program manager reimbursable funds supporting specific programs undergoing operational testing. These reimbursable program manager funds cover the full spectrum of Navy and Joint acquisition programs including aviation, surface, subsurface, expeditionary, and C4I systems.
