1. Report to Naval Station Certral billeting Office located at Carter Hall, Bldg. J-53 Directions to Carter Hall (BEQ) & Naval Base Galley (Bldg. I-88):

• Enter Gate 3 (off of I-564) and proceed straight thru the gate to Gilbert Street.
• At the light, make a left onto Gilbert Street.
• Proceed approximately ½ mile down Gilbert Street.
• Carter Hall is located on the left hand side of the road, across from the Naval Base Galley.
• The Naval Base Galley is directly across the street from Carter Hall on the right hand side (Bldg. I-88).
• Carter Hall can be reached at (757)-402-6310.
• Carter Hall is the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ).

1. Report to the Naval Station Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) located at 9075 Fifth Avenue, Bldg. SP-17, Ely Hall, Norfolk, Virginia. Directions to the Officer Quarters (BOQ):

• Enter Gate 4 and proceed approximately ½ mile to Fifth Avenue.
• At the stoplight, make a left onto Fifth Avenue.
• The BOQ is on the right hand side, across from the officers club.
