Description 

Black in color and made of authorized fabric (75/25% poly/wool blend) with zipper centered in the back and two side pockets.

Correct Wear

Skirts shall fit comfortably without pulling open the side pockets and center back closure.  Length may range from 1½ inches above to 1½ below the crease behind the knee.  The zipper is centered in the back.
