Made of authorized blue fabric, conventional cut, shaped to

figure, with a double row of three gilt buttons.

Correct Wear 

Wear held together in front by two Navy buttons and link. 

This coat may be prescribed for males, captains and senior,

to meet certain unique protocol requirements.  Rank insignia,

miniature medals, and other appurtenances, shall conform, as

appropriate to those required with Dinner Dress Blue Jacket. 

Coat hem falls approximately to hollow behind the knee.
