System Access & Assigned Roles
In order to use the Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS) you must have both access and a role.
1. ACCESS. Access to the BOL Web Portal hosting the NMCMPS application.
2. ROLE. An assigned role within the application.
In order to get an assigned role other than member access to NMCMPS please send an email to NMCMPS_Support@navy.mil requesting assigned role and attached UIC. NMCMPS Support will send a System Authorization Access Requests (SAAR) form and instructions for filling out and where to submit the SAAR form.
Roles are assigned based upon your current Onboard UIC. Designated CO, XO, billets are automatically assigned an Command Administrator role on the NIPR modules of NMCMPS.
Note: Any time you change UICs, your role will be reset and you will need to contact NMCMPS Support for assistance.
Most common roles are as follows
Command Viewer- The purpose of this role is to allow the users to view all records in the PM and AMM pertaining to an augmentee assigned to that command
Command Updater- The purpose of the is roleis update all fields and records that pertain to that individual command.
Command Administrator – The purpose of this role is to provide a tracking role to the Commands. This allows them to track the augmentee once orders are written until they return to their parent command.
DoD Civilian or a Contractor. To request both BOL Account and NMCMPS Access. Send a email to NMCMPS_Support@navy.mil and NMCMPS support will reply with a SAAR and instructions. After getting a BOL account created next send the completed SAAR to NMCMPS_Support@navy.mil
