If you need assistance retrieving your EFMP category status please contact your local Medical Treatment Facility EFMP Coordinator

This page will allow either the EFM coordinators or individuals access to validate their information.

Information provided shows current category, relationship to sponsor, enrollment date, and the next required update.

For EFM Program Coordinators a valid user name and access is granted by the EFM Program Managers Office, Navy Personnel Command
