Suicide Prevention and Awareness General Military Training (GMT) is available at My Navy Portal, fulfilling annual training requirements when augmented with information on local resources and crisis response. The updated training uses realistic vignettes to generate dialogue and promote understanding of stress navigation, bystander intervention and crisis response. It is a "Category One" lesson intended to be delivered face-to-face and should be tailored to address the specific needs and resources available to the command. If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing or downloading this training, please contact the GMT Program Manager directly at email@example.com to request a file exchange.
