DUTIES, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure all subordinate commands conduct annual EO training.
  2. Monitor all subordinate commands EO, SH, and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) messages.
  3. Advise the regional commander on all EO/SH policies and lssues.
  4. Ensure subordinate CCSs and CMEO Managers receive annual follow-on training.
  5. Maintain current POC listing of subordinate commands CCSs and CMEO Managers.
  6. Collaborate with CCSs and CMEO Managers in region.
  7. Collaborate and coordinate with civilian EEO personnel.
  8. Liaise and coordinate with command Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) and SAPR personnel.
  9. Forward all subordinate commands command assessment summaries to the CNIC CCS.
  10. Ensure all subordinate commands CMEO Managers receive formal CPPD training.
  11. Provide quarterly EO training to subordinate commands CCSs.
  12. Review all EO/SH formal complaints/investigations and forward to CNIC CCS.
  13. Collaborate with CPPD to coordinate annual MTT requirements for the region.
  14. Liaise with the Staff Judge Advocate and Inspector General for advisory purposes.
  15. Conduct installation CMEO program on-site reviews.
