All Full Speed Ahead (FSA) in-person facilitator training has been completed. If your command still needs to certify FSA Command Facilitators (CF), they must complete the distance learning course, which is located on the FSA Milsuite Site in the Content section.
CFs will click on the link titled "FSA Command Facilitator Distance Learning" and follow the instructions for completing the course and reporting completion for credit. Contact the FSA Task force (TF) us at the below e-mail address if you have any additional questions.
FSA training continues our efforts to combat destructive behaviors across the Fleet while reinforcing the Navy's Core Attributes and Signature Behaviors as the foundation of a resilient and professional force. Like earlier efforts in FY15/FY16, FSA blends scenario-based videos with facilitator-led discussions to focus on all Sailors, with a unique emphasis on the critical role of mid-level leaders in addressing and preventing destructive behaviors and their associated effects on individuals, work centers (micro-climates), and commands.
- FSA training commenced Fleet-wide in Feb 2017. The FSA TF deployed Master Mobile Training Teams (MMTT) to Fleet areas to train unit-level CFs.
- Command-level training will consist of small, mixed-paygrade discussions facilitated by CFs.
- All Sailors must complete this training no later than 31 December 2017.
