Messages are available sorted by year in the menu to the left.  Not sure of the message number?    Use the search box above.  You can enter the DTG or specific text.  (Hint:  message searches yield best results when performed from the Messages page.) 

All messages that contained Last 4 of SS# have been removed from the website per OSD Directive 13798-10.  Please contact the NPC Customer Service Center (866-827-5672) or email for further information.

Permissive Temporary Duty messages have been replaced by MILPERSMAN 1320-220.  However, NAVADMINs 95/078, 92/109, and 93/123 are available for download.
