SPECIFICALLY, ALL SAILORS WHO REENLISTED AND RECEIVED THEIR INITIAL ESRP PAYMENT ON OR AFTER 1 OCTOBER 2012 WILL RECEIVE ANNUAL ESRP INSTALLMENTS DURING THE ANNIVERSARY MONTH OF THEIR REENLISTMENT DATE (E.G., SAILORS REENLISTING IN DECEMBER 2012, WILL RECEIVE THEIR INITIAL ESRP PAYMENT UPON REENLISTMENT, THEIR NEXT ANNUAL INSTALLMENT IN DECEMBER 2013, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT INSTALLMENTS ANNUALLY IN DECEMBER UNTIL THE FULL CONTRACTED DISBURSEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED).
