COMMUNICATION WITH THE SELECTION BOARD: (1) SELECTION BOARD PACKAGES PROVIDE CANDIDATES THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT ANY MISSING DOCUMENTS FROM THE SECTIONS OF THEIR RECORDS WHICH ARE VIEWED BY THE SELECTION BOARDS. REF I AND REF B CHAPTER 12 SPECIFY WHICH DOCUMENTS FROM THE ENLISTED PERMANENT PERSONNEL RECORD ARE PROVIDED TO THE SELECTION BOARD FOR REVIEW. CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THEIR BUPERS ONLINE (BOL) WEB ENABLED RECORD OR REQUEST A COPY OF THEIR ENLISTED PERMANENT PERSONNEL RECORD AS OUTLINED IN REF J AND VERIFY COMPLETENESS.
