THE SPECOPS CSRB IS TARGETED TO SPECIAL OPERATIONS DESIGNATED OFFICERS PERMANENTLY APPOINTED TO THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT ON THE ACTIVE DUTY LIST (ADL) WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENT (MSR) FROM BOTH COMMISSIONING AND GRADUATION FROM NAVAL EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL (NAVSCOLEOD) SCHOOL. OFFICERS MUST AGREE TO REMAIN ON ACTIVE DUTY AS SPECIAL OPERATIONS OFFICERS FOR A SPECIFIED PERIOD. A. QUALIFIED SPECOPS OFFICERS WILL RECEIVE UP TO $75,000 TO SERVE IN POST-EOD OFFICER IN CHARGE (OIC) DETACHMENT BILLETS THROUGH THE TENTH YEAR OF COMMISSIONED SERVICE. B. SPECOPS CSRB PAYMENTS WILL BE STOPPED FOR OFFICERS WHO BECOME INELIGIBLE FOR THIS INCENTIVE OR FAIL TO COMPLETE THE FULL PERIOD OF ADDITIONAL OBLIGATED SERVICE. OFFICERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPAY THE UNITED STATES THE PERCENTAGE OF THE BONUS REPRESENTING THE UNEXPIRED PORTION OF THE OBLIGATED SERVICE UNDER THE SPECOPS CSRB.
