I ALSO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH THE FLEET, FORCE AND CNO-DIRECTED MASTER CHIEFS AT THE CNO-MCPON LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE. I ALWAYS VALUE THEIR ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT AND DIRECT FEEDBACK FROM THE FLEET.
