SUBSEQUENT TAR ACCP PAYMENTS WILL BE EXECUTED ANNUALLY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT AT THE RATES SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH FIVE ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMMENCEMENT DATE. 10. CONTINUING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. PER REF D, AN AVIATION OFFICER MUST REMAIN ON ACTIVE DUTY IN AVIATION SERVICE AND MAINTAIN ELIGIBILITY IAW PARA FIVE AND SIX. IN ADDITION: A. DISEASE OR INJURY RESULTING IN INCAPACITATION OR DISABILITY INCURRED THROUGH THE OFFICER'S OWN MISCONDUCT OR NOT IN THE LINE OF DUTY AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUAL OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL. F. PUNISHMENT AND/OR CONVICTION UNDER THE UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE. 12. REPAYMENT/RECOUPMENT NOT REQUIRED.
