THE THREE YEAR MAXIMUM TIME IN GRADE RESTRICTION FOR LCDR APPLICANTS SPECIFIED IN REF A STILL APPLIES. B. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE HAD NO MORE THAN A FOUR YEAR BREAK IN EXTENDED ACTIVE DUTY COMMISSIONED SERVICE. D. READY RESERVE SPECIAL OPERATIONS (1145) OFFICERS MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL SCHOOL AND HAVE COMPLETED BASIC EOD QUALIFICATIONS. E. TAR TO TAR DESIGNATOR CHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED IF ALL DESIGNATOR QUALIFICATIONS ARE MET BY APPLICANT. F. INTER-SERVICE TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. G. AVIATORS WHO HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR AVIATION CONTINUATION PAY (ACP) OR AVIATION CAREER CONTINUATION PAY (ACCP) CONTRACTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE UNTIL WITHIN ONE YEAR OF CONTRACT EXPIRATION. H.
