COMMAND WEBSITES: REGARDLESS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A SHIP'S SPONSOR PROGRAM OR TRAINING COMMAND REVERSE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM, MANY PERSONNEL UNDER ORDERS CAN GET MOST QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND DETERMINE POINTS OF CONTACT ON A WELL ORGANIZED COMMAND WEBSITE. MANY COMMAND WEBSITES HAVE A WEALTH OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMMAND AND AREA BUT SITES SHOULD ALSO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE PERSPECTIVE OF NEWLY REPORTING PERSONNEL.
