AS SUCH, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO SPECWAROCP PROGRAM POLICY (REF A) ARE AUTHORIZED. 2. THE FOLLOWING OFFICER CONTINUATION PAY (OCP) RATE CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: A. ONE YEAR $6,000 (NO CHANGE) B. THREE YEAR INCREASE FROM $8,000 TO $10,000 C. FOUR YEAR INCREASE FROM $10,000 TO $12,500 D. FIVE YEAR INCREASE FROM $10,000 TO $15,000 E. SIX THRU EIGHT YEAR NO NEW AGREEMENTS AUTHORIZED F. EXISTING SIX, SEVEN, AND EIGHT YEAR AGREEMENTS MAY REMAIN IN EFFECT. G. OFFICERS CURRENTLY UNDER OCP AGREEMENTS MAY EXECUTE NEW AGREEMENTS AT THE INCREASED RATES. THE LENGTH OF AGREEMENT MUST EXTEND TO OR BEYOND THE EXISTING AGREEMENT, BUT MAY NOT EXEED 14 YEARS OF COMMISSIONED SERVICE. 3. SPECWAROCP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF REF A ARE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE DESIGNATOR 1130 OFFICERS BETWEEN SIX AND 14 YEARS OF COMMISSIONED SERVICE, AND NO LONGER EXCLUDES OFFICERS WITH MORE THAN 14 YEARS OF TOTAL SERVICE.
