ALL COMMANDS AND ACTIVITIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS AWARD PROGRAM. AWARD CATEGORIES ARE COMMAND, ACTIVITY, AND LEADERDERSHIP (INDIVIDUAL). NOMINEES SHOULD HAVE DEMONSTRATED ACTIONS WITH TANGIBLE RESULTS. 3. COMPLETED NOMINATIONS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: A. TWO-PAGE NARRATIVE PROVIDING A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR EEO DIVERSITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS ACHIEVEMENTS. NO MORE THAT 10 PAGES OF SUPPORTING MATERIAL. THE MATERIAL MAY INCLUDE POLICY LETTERS, NEWSPAPER ARTICLES, RADIO OR TELEVISION FEATURES, AND AGENDAS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND OBSERVANCES, WHICH COMMEMORATE THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF MINORITIES, WOMEN, AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, POLICY DEVELOPMENT, AND OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS WORTHY OF SPECIAL RECOGNITION, STATISTICAL OR NON-STATISTICAL DATA AND INFORMATION.
