Our mission is to train people to achieve results.  We provide training in support of our commands strategic initiatives. Our job is to ensure our workforce is prepared to meet their daily mission requirements by providing mandatory training and opportunities for professional growth. We manage the commands training funds, allocate training spaces and resources, coordinate training events, provide experienced instructors and do just in time curriculum development.  We measure our training effectiveness through the use of the Kirkpatrick Model to measure reaction, learning, behavior, and results.
