Serves as the deployment champion for NPC's Organizational Performance Initiatives

Manage the Continuous Process Improvement/LEAN Six Sigma Program

  • Establish, coordinate and provide leadership for command's CPI/LSS Program
  • Lead/coordinate CPI/LSS Projects and provide CPI/LSS training and certification opportunities

Coordinate the NPC Command and PERS-5 Managers' Internal Control Programs (MICP)

  • Ensure compliance with Public Law, provide Risk Management and protection of Government resources

Manage the Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) and Command Orientation Programs

  • Conduct Introductory and Advanced Level Employee Development
  • Assist new employees with assimilating into the organization

Oversee performance measurement/metric development and implementation for PERS-5

  • Operational Performance Aligned to NPC Strategy

Financial Audit Readiness

  • Meet FY-17 DoD Audit Readiness Requirements

Monitor NPC Cyber Security Workforce Training and Certification

  • Cyber Security Work Force Policy Compliance

Conduct Special Projects and Analysis

  • Provide expert support or project team augmentation for command initiatives
