N12 manages the Navy's Total Force Manpower, Training, and Education (MPT&E) requirements by coordinating, analyzing, and adjusting enterprise/domain inputs during the PPBE process, including Navy's joint and career management commitments; Lean Six Sigma and Navy-wide program assessments; acquisition, Human Systems Integration, workforce shaping and competitive sourcing initiatives.
