The BUPERS Security Manager is the principal advisor to the Chief of Naval Personnel (CHNAVPERS), Deputy Chief of Naval Personnel (DCNP), and BUPERS subordinate activities on information, personnel, physical, emanations, communications, information systems, and industrial security.  The BUPERS Security Manager ensures the BUPERS security program is coordinated and inclusive of all Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of the Navy (DON) regulations and requirements
