The SWO Career Planner is a valuable personal and mentorship tool. By inputting various data, users can chart multiple career options and visualize and compare those options against the notional SWO career path, FITREP/board timing and even children school schedules.
The planner runs as a "macro" on Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or 2003. The planner below is not yet compatible with PowerPoint 2007.
Right click, download, and save the SWO Career Planner to a location of your choice. The planner requires macros to run; ensure your computer's security settings allow for the running of macros. Normally, this is done by going to Tools -> Macros -> Security and then selecting "Medium."
