Advanced Qualification Designators (AQDs) are used to denote special qualifications you have obtained in your career. These qualifications play an important role in documenting your achievements and provide Selection Board members with an overview of key qualifications. AQDs show up in two places: 1) at the bottom of your Performance Summary Record (PSR) cover page and 2) in the far right column of your Officer Data Card (ODC). The next time you review your record, take a look and ensure your well-earned qualifications are documented.
