Proceed Time in Execution of PCS Orders
Proceed time is a period of time not chargeable as leave, delay, or allowed travel time. It is granted for the purpose of facilitating necessary personal arrangements inherent in certain permanent change of station (PCS) orders. For more info, read MILPERSMAN 1320-090.
Travel Time in Execution of Orders
Authorized travel time incident to a PCS will be calculated under procedures set forth in Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR), Volume I, Chapter 5, Part B, for the mode or modes of transportation actually used and authorized in the PCS orders. For more info, read MILPERSMAN 1320-100.
