Communicating with your Detailer
We look forward to hearing from you throughout your tours and your career. The following timeline is a guideline to help you know when and how to communicate with the IW detailers.
1. Immediately after arriving to your new PDS: provide us with your new POC info.
2. 12 months out from PRD: Email your detailer and request an Order Preference Sheet. Fill it out and return it to the detailer. Negotiations will occur between 12-9 months from PRD.
