  • Contact the CMS/ID Help Desk 10 months prior your PRD to have your account enabled.  After 30 days of no activity, your CMS/ID account will be disabled.

HT Detailing Tips

  • HT’s have the opportunity for receiving 4955 (Advanced Welding) or 4942, 4943, 4944 (Non Destructive Testing (NDT)) NECs.  Most of the billets advertised in CMSID require one of these NEC’s.  If are eligible and want to earn one of these NECs, apply for these billets via CMSID.
  • Welders must maintain their skills.  If you are interested in becoming an advanced welder, start practicing now!
  • NDT inspectors must meet the minimum ASVAB line computation of 165.  You can check your ASVAB score by adding the following:  MK + MC + the highest line score between WK, PC, and VE.  Zero waivers will be accepted for the ASVAB.
