LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP'S

Are you a highly motivated Sailor looking for a unique and challenging opportunity?  Look no further than the Navy’s newest class of ship, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS).
LCS is the future of the Navy, over the next several years the class will grow to 52 ships. The majority of LCS billets have multiple NECs and vendor-level training, with training pipelines varying from 6 to 24 months.  Additionally, LCS Sailors have experience above-fleet-average selection to CPO and commissioning programs.
LCS 1 type variant, a mono-hull design is 379 ft. long, with a beam of 57 ft. LCS 2 type variant, a trimaran design is 418 ft. long and a beam of 104 ft.  The crew is currently made up of 8 officers and 32 enlisted.  Quality of life onboard is a top consideration, with berthing compartments ranging from 3 -12 racks.
Also unique with the LCS program are the mission packages, offering the LCS mission flexibility.  Mission packages include mine warfare (MIW), anti-submarine warfare (ASW), surface warfare (SUW) and VBSS.
Screening requirements are listed in the MILPERSMAN 1306-978. A few of the specifics are: color recognition, secret clearance, no domestic violence convictions, successful completion of the last 18 months of PFA cycles, previous sea duty, and ability to OBLISERV for 36 months once gained aboard the crew/mission package.
We have billets available for the following communities: BM, ET, CS, GS, EN, OS, FC, CS, IT, DC, LS, HM(IDC), QM and GM; and for the mission packages we are looking for the following rates: STG, MN, GM, AG, EN and FC.
San Diego has served as the primary homeport for the LCS program, and is now expanding to the East Coast. Mayport, FL will be the homeport for LCS 9, and future LCS’ will be split between East and West Coast.

If you see anything you like give us a call.  We look forward to working with you soon.
