NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE
Naval Special Warfare is seeking hard charging, motivated applicants from all communities to apply for Special Warfare Operator (SO) SEAL and Special Warfare Boat Operator (SB) SWCC. The SEAL and SWCC enlisted community manager is accepting rating conversion applications for ranks E1 - E5. Additional information regarding the application requirements can be found in references MILPERSMAN 1220-300 and 1220-400.

We ensure that our cognizant ratings recruit and maintain required manpower, and that the manpower is correctly distributed throughout the enlisted paygrades as required by valid billets.
