Purpose:  To attract and retain volunteers for submarine duty on a career basis, and to compensate for the  more than normally arduous character of such duty.

OPNAVINST 7220.15 CH-1   Provides the policy and procedures for administration of the Submarine Duty Incentive Pay (SUBPAY) Program.

NAVADMIN 416/10 Increased obligated service for CONSUBPAY when not attached to a submarine.

NAVADMIN 274/11 Submarine duty incentive pay rate change.

DD FORM 149   Application for correction of military record under the provisions of Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 1552.
