CCC's SUBMIT YOUR SAILORS RESERVE AFFILIATION SCREENING CHECKLIST AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE A SELRES PTS QUOTA OR THEY ARE APPROVED ECTP.
The Career Transition Office (CTO) supports the rapid and seamless transition from the Active Component (AC/RC) that encourages a lifetime of Navy service. The CTO is the central access point for PTS/ECTP approved sailors for transitioning to the Navy Reserves.
Update regarding ERB affected E6 Sailors with over 14 years. FleetRIDE-PTS will allow these Sailors to apply for SELRES quotas, so please utilize PTS. ERB Effected CPOs and above must contact LCDR Slocum or PSCS Ferrari @ BUPERS-328 to request affiliation.
Enlisted Sailors desiring to transition into the Navy Reserve should contact their Command Career Counselor to submit a SELRES PTS application via Fleet RIDE or submit a ECTP request.
