Per NAVADMIN 150/13 all RC/RC conversions should be submitted via Career Waypoint effective 3 June 2013.  PERS 812 will remain the processing office for FTS Forced Converions.

 If your package is pending due to missing information, please scan and email the documentation to the caseworker.  Packages that are missing information over 90 days of receipt will be returned with no action taken. 

Please include point of contact information in all packages/requests. 

All packages should be emailed to above listed region caseworker. 

Forced Rating conversion requests take 6 to 8 weeks for processing from the time the request package is complete. This is just an estimate. For ratings that require additional recommendations from rating specialists could take longer than the 8 weeks.

Faxed packages or BUPERS Access packages are not acceptable.

Please submit all forced change of rating packages 90 days prior to examination month per: MILPERSMAN 1440-010
