PERS-4G promulgates policy and processing guidelines for the Navy Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS) and is responsible for revisions to the Expeditionary Screening Checklist (NAVPERS 1300/22) and the Medical Suitability Certification form (NAVPERS 1300/21).  PERS-4G also liaisons with the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) for revisions to the Expeditionary Medical and Dental Screening form (NAVMED 1300/4) and other theater specific medical screening forms.
