How to prepare your record for Selection/Screen Boards

Proofreading your record
Be very careful to proofread your record for any missing information such as FITREPS, special schools, awards and other related items.  Careful record preparation is very important for the selection board process.  If you have incorrect or missing information, go to the Pers-3 Records Management Website for specific details about correcting/adding information to your records.  They also have links to assist in ordering a CD-ROM of your Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) and entering new Awards and Decorations.

Photographs
The requirement to submit a photograph has been reinstated by NAVADMIN 103/07. 

Officer Summary Record (OSR), Performance Summary Record (PSR) and Officer Data Card (ODC)
You can order your OSR/PSR and access your ODC via the web using BUPERS On-Line (BOL). 

JPME
JPME Completions need to be sent to PERS 45J to have the appropriate AQD entered.  Send your completion certificate to the address below for entry in your record.
