Welcome to the Administrative Department of HSC-3. We are a department of approximately 100 personnel, both military and contracted civilians. Comprised of five divisions (Admin, Career Counselor, 1st LT, Information Systems Support and Legal), our goal is to provide professional support and customer service to those who carry out the command’s mission of training the finest fleet replacement pilots and aircrewmen in the world.
Our diverse mission includes administration and personnel/pay support, career counseling and professional development, facilities maintenance, information systems support, and a legal division that provides basic legal services. The Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment are the backbone of our department and provide us with a foundation for professionalism and success.

As soon as we receive your orders, you will be assigned a sponsor and a welcome aboard package with additional information. If you are currently under orders and a sponsor has not yet reached out to you, please contact the command’s sponsorship coordinator and they will ensure one is assigned to you immediately.
