Welcome to the Adminstrative Department of HSC-3. A department of approximately 100 personnel, both military and contracted civilians comprised of five divisions (Admin, Career Counselor, 1st LT, Information Systems Support and Legal). The goal of the administrative department is to provide professional support and customer service to those who perform the command mission. Our mission is diverse, from Administration and personnel/pay support, as well as Career Counseling and Facilities Maintenance to Information Systems Support along with a Legal division that provides the same services as a NLSO/RLSO. The Navy Core Values of Honor, Courage and Commitment are the backbone of our department and provide us with a foundation for success and professionalism.
