CMDCM(AW/SW) Kevin Pitre
Command Master Chief
Command Master Chief Kevin Pitre is a native of Lawtell, LA. He enlisted in the Navy 1987 under the delay entry program reporting to Recruit Training Command San Diego, California; March 1988.
Master Chief Pitre’s sea duty assignments include: USS Richmond K Turner (CG20); USS Frank Cable (AS40); USS McFaul (DDG 74); USS George Washington (CVN 73); USS George H W Bush (CVN 77). He served on board USS Shiloh (CG67) as Command Master Chief from August 2011 to Sept 2014.
His shore assignments have included: Naval Station Charleston SC; Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy. He also served at Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk VA as Command Master Chief.
He is a graduate of the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 136 and Command Master Chief Capstone, Class 90. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and Master in Business Administration with American InterContinental University. September 2014, Command Master Chief Pitre assumed his duties on board Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two Three (HSC-23).
