NIAPS is managed by the Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240). Sea Warrior is the single IT acquisition agent for non-tactical business operations addressing manpower, personnel, training and education capability gaps, legacy systems and Distance Support.  Major players include:
