Offering world-class riverine and coastal training areas, NAVSCIATTS is located on the Mississippi coast 55 miles (72 kilometers) northeast of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Students will be billeted at the NAVSCIATTS Bachelor’s Housing adjacent to the school’s primary training facility.
Because of the intensive nature of our training programs, students are asked to immerse themselves completely in the program curriculum and other programs event. Free time activities include both the Field Studies Program and the Student Welcome Program.
Partner Nation Instructors (PNI) are Senior Enlisted (E7-E9) or Junior Officers (O2-O3) nominated by their own countries to serve one or two years at NAVSCIATTS as a guest instructor. PNI’s benefit from this opportunity both through gaining instructor training qualifications, leadership skill development and working with a highly professional team that trains Foreign Security Force students from around the world.
Feedback from our students is crucial to the assessment and validation of our training. NAVSCIATTS wants to hear from you on any training ideas, issues and concerns. Our goal is to ensure training is relevant and responsive to the actual job performance skills required of our graduates.
