Command Senior Enlisted Leader, U.S. TENTH Fleet

Master Chief Tucker enlisted in the Navy in 1994. He completed Basic Training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois.

Following Basic Training, he transferred to Naval Technical Training Center Corry Station for Cryptologic Technician of Collection (CTR) “A” School. After graduation, he went to Ft. Huachuca, Arizona and completed Manual Morse (M/M) training.

Master Chief Tucker’s previous tours include Naval Security Group Activity Kunia, Hawaii as a M/M Section Supervisor/DIRSUP Rider (MAR 96 – MAR 99); Naval Technical Training Center Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida as a 450/451 Course instructor (MAR 99 – JUN 03); Naval Information Warfare Activity Suitland, Maryland as the Global Signals Analysis Lab Senior Analyst (JUN 03 – JUN 06); Naval Information Operations Center Bahrain as the Al Udeid Detachment Chief/Senior CTR Aircrewman (SEP 06 – OCT 07); Naval Information Operations Center Maryland as the Special Projects Division Chief/Operations Chief (OCT 07 – AUG 11).

Master Chief Tucker was the N3 Directorate Leading Chief Petty Officer from August 2011 to May 2014 for U.S. Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. TENTH Fleet. In May 2014, Master Chief Tucker assumed the duties of the N3 Fleet Operations Chief and in November 2015 he took over as the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. TENTH Fleet Staff Senior Enlisted Leader.

His personal awards include the Air Defense Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), and various other personal, unit and campaign ribbons. NECs include 9149, 8296, 9134, 9169, and 9502.
