Description his course is designed for FERS employeeswho are early in their career or federal service.This seminar is designed to help participants build a successful future with your agency as well as in their personal lives. The program included an overview of federal benefits and disusses the interrelationship of these benefits with financial and career planning.

Registration Information ENROLLMENT: Fax an approved SF 182 Training Request with a cover sheet to the HRSC East Training Registrar at (757) 396-7977 or (757) 396-7978, DSN 386.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES: All HRSC East sponsored courses will be paid for by government purchase card. The purchase card holder's name, telephone number, and fax number must be entered on all SF-182s, Section B, Block #19 or the SF-182 will be returned.

HRSC East courses are open to all Department of Navy activities. Attendees who currently meet eligibility requirements or have been elected for such a position may be accepted.

No recording devices of any kind are permitted in HRSC East classes.
Cancellation Please provide as much advance notice as possible for enrollment cancellations.

Substitutions after the nomination deadline are acceptable if the student meets the eligibility criteria.
