Full Title TIER III MEDIATOR TRAINING
Description Refresher is July 8-9 from 8AM-4PM.

Tier III is a 1.5 hour appointment on either July 10, 11 or 12. Out of town candidates are scheduled on July 10 where possible. Tier III is a pass/fail screening and evaluation. It is necessary prior to proceeding to Tier IV (mentored mediations) in the DON mediator certification process. Candidates must demonstrate their skill through their performance/delivery, understanding content and implementing the DON mediation process.

TARGET AUDIENCE: DON military and civilian employees may apply for this course. PREREQUISITES: Tier I and II Mediator Training. This course requires a application, supervisory endorsement, and a 2-year commitment to participate in the DON ADR Program as a neutral. COST: This training is funded by the DON ADR Program, and is NO COST to the participant or their Command, however, any travel and per diem expenses are the responsibility of the participant's Command.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES: There is no direct cost for this course. If travel and per diem are required, it will be a cost to the Command sponsoring the participant.
