 TOOLS & INFORMATION

Hiring reform represents a consolidated effort to streamline and improve hiring processes. The Department of the Navy recognizes that modernizing these processes requires a multiyear effort and is expected to span several years.

In support of hiring reform, the Department of the Navy will connect applicants, hiring managers, senior leaders and human resource professionals with available training, tools and information. Links and information will be available for through this site as well as through DoD, Office of Personnel Management and various Commands. The Department of Navy Hiring Reform Office operates a resource center to assist individuals with hiring reform questions; inquiries can be sent to DONhrfaq@navy.mil.
