 EMPLOYEE INFORMATION

For civilian employees facing BRAC, the uncertainty of what lies ahead can be very unsettling. You are probably thinking why me? What happens next? Will I have a job? What should I do now?

We are working hard to do everything we can to help employees affected by BRAC. In recent years, several legislative and regulatory changes have been implemented to assist employees in career transition. These changes, together with a strong job placement program and a variety of benefits and services available to employees have significantly reduced the number of employees adversely impacted by BRAC or downsizing initiatives.

We intend to ease your transition and help you make the most of all the options available to you. The information in the links on the left-hand navigation bar will help you in this transition.
