BENEFEDS is the administrative system authorized by the Office of Personnel Management to handle payroll deduction functions for FSAFEDS. BENEFEDS works directly with SHPS, the third-party administrator for FSAFEDS, and Federal agencies to process payroll deductions of your FSAFEDS allotments.
