Navy Suicide Prevention has developed the Commanding Officer's Suicide Prevention Program Handbook to guide COs and suicide prevention coordinators through the essential elements of developing and maintaining a robust deckplate Suicide Prevention Program. It contains useful and up-to-date information, policy guidance and educational tools to build a command climate supportive of psychological and emotional well-being--from prevention, to intervention and response.
