PSDTO/PASS is responsible for promulgation of operational/execution policies to Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC), Personnel Support Detachments (PERSUPPDETs) and Customer Service Desks (CSDs), as well as to Navy pay and personnel departments of deployable ships and squadrons, including Sailors attached to Pay and Personnel Ashore (PSD Afloat) Detachments.
