Program Notes is the Navy Musician's newsletter, published bi-annually by the U.S. Navy Music Program (PERS-4014), Navy Personnel Command, Millington, TN. The information contained in this publication is official and intended for the use, information and career planning of Navy Musicians (MU) serving both afloat and ashore.
