In support of the CNO's Diversity Strategy, the Chief of Naval Personnel has stood up the Fleet Diversity Council.
Hosted by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (N134), the Fleet Diversity Council serves three primary purposes:
1. Train the Fleet on the value of diversity and the strategic imperative of diversity in the Navy
2. Inspire and motivate the Fleet to become active participants in the Navy's diversity efforts
3. Facilitate direct feedback to gain a better understanding of how effectively Navy diversity initiatives are being communicated to the Fleet and solicit input to develop future policy
