Navy Casualty's sole mission is to provide timely and first class casualty assistance to Navy families when a Sailor is seriously ill or injured, is placed in a duty status whereabouts unknown (DUSTWUN), or is declared missing and/or Prisoner of War or dies.

BREAKING NEWS: Web-based Personnel Casualty reporting using DCIPS is now the standard.

NAVADMIN 090/15 (dated 21 APR 2015) and MILPERSMAN 1770-030 (dated 6 Jul 2015) directs that all PCR be submitted using the web-based CAC-enabled Personnel Casualty Report (PCR) hosted by DCIPS!
